Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at orders@agrocore.inΒ with your order details.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Delays caused by shipping carriers
However, a full refund or replacement will be provided in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival
There was a confirmed quality issue
Eligibility Requirements:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
The item must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
