Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. All orders are processed from our facility in Pune, Maharashtra, and delivered via trusted logistics partners to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or logistical delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your package status through our courier partner’s website.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen issues such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may impact delivery. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Delivery Attempts
If you’re unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will usually make two additional attempts. In case of non-delivery, the product may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address
Agrocore Nurture Private Limited is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
